Cliff Vaughn is media producer for EthicsDaily.com. Raised on a farm in Alabama, he has a doctorate in American culture studies from Bowling Green State University, a master's in communications from Auburn University and a bachelor's in history from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He produces, writes, directs and edits EthicsDaily.com's documentaries, including the award-winning "Beneath the Skin," "Gospel Without Borders," "Different Books, Common Word" for ABC-TV stations, and most recently "The Disturbances." In addition to more than a decade of experience designing and maintaining Web sites for churches and non-profits, he is ordained as both a Baptist and Lutheran pastor. He currently serves as pastor of Peace Lutheran Church in Spring Hill, Tenn. He holds a bachelor's in commercial music from Belmont University, a master's in Christian education from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a doctor of ministry from Graduate Theological Foundation.

Robert M. Parham (1953 - 2017) was the founder and executive director. Reared in Nigeria as the child of missionaries, he received a doctorate from Baylor University, the master's of divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a bachelor's in foreign service from Georgetown University. He was the author of Walk Right: A Christian Guide for Proactive Discipleship, Loving Neighbors Across Time: A Christian Guide to Protecting the Earth and What Shall We Do in a Hungry World? He was the co-producer/director of several EthicsDaily.com documentaries, including the award-winning "Beneath the Skin," "Different Books, Common Word," "Gospel Without Borders," "Through the Door," and "The Disturbances," a film originating from his memories of the 1966 genocide in Nigeria. He served on the Commission on Religious Freedom, the Commission on Social and Environmental Justice, and the Commission on Christian Ethics of the Baptist World Alliance, the world's largest Baptist body.
