Joel Snider has been pastor of First Baptist Church in Rome, Ga., since 1995. First Baptist Church is actively involved in missions and cross-cultural ministry both locally and globally. Snider holds the B.A. from Auburn University and two advanced degrees, including a Ph.D. in Christian preaching. He and his wife, Cherry, have two daughters.
