Ray Higgins says he's seen better films than "Rocky," but there's still a reason it remains one of his favorites.

El Dorado, Arkansas

2. What is your favorite verse, story or book in the Bible?

The story of Joseph.

It's about a God who is at work in our lives to bring good out of all circumstances.

3. What is your favorite movie?

"Rocky."

I've seen better movies, but it's the only movie that, after seeing it, I asked someone to marry me.

4. Who are three people you admire?

Jimmy Carter, Nelson Mandela and Malala Yousafzai.

5. What is one little-known fact about you?

I wrecked the driver's education car.
