Profiles Highlight EthicsDaily.com’s Diverse, Global Reach

What is the favorite Bible verse or passage mentioned by contributors to the Profiles in Goodwill series on EthicsDaily.com?

Launched in early September 2014, 79 profiles have been posted.

Most of our profiles have featured Baptists. But the series has included persons from the Methodist, Disciples of Christ, nondenominational and Roman Catholic traditions.

Adding to the diversity in houses of faith are the locations of the contributors.

Twenty-seven of the 50 U.S. states have been represented as well as the nations of Argentina, Australia, Canada, England, Estonia, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Jamaica, Lebanon, Liberia, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Scotland, South Africa and Switzerland.

The profile question about favorite biblical texts resulted in a diverse set of responses – 54 New Testament verses and 36 Old Testament verses were listed.
